I will then take everyone through a guided process of releasing emotional baggage and affirming areas of personal resiliency, choice, and clarity.

I am seeking 5 or 6 participants desiring to renew and deepen their commitment to themselves through this two hour immersive workshop at the Inner Arts Collective, a beautiful healing community at the heart of the Danforth in Toronto.
