"As above, so below" is a principle that embodies the truth that there is always a correspondence between the laws and phenomena of the various planes of being and life. At The Plant Mystic, we bring the gifts of nature to support our life path, and we also recognize that we ARE nature. The outer world is a reflection of our inner world, creating a vibrational frequency that attracts similar experiences and circumstances into our lives. Our thoughts, beliefs and emotions shape our reality, so cultivating positive thoughts and intentions aligned with our life purpose can manifest opportunities and synchronicities that support our journey. In this way, we are active co-creators of our reality.
With reiki, we tap into universal life force energy and allow it to move through us, so the aspects not aligned with our highest selves come to the surface to be witnessed and released.

Reiki is a light-touch, energy based healing modality that supports the body in accessing life force energy to connect with it's innate ability to heal. Benefits can include:
Sessions are 75-90 minutes in length, including an introductory discussion to set a clear intention for the session, and a debrief after the session to discuss the messages that came through to support the person's journey and alignment with their intention.
Following each session, clients receive a written overview of the session for their own records.

- insight and clearing support around what no longer serves
- enhanced chi and immune function
- decrease in symptoms associated with medications
- sense of personal grounding, clarity, and alignment
