Main Floor Divination Arts Fair Table: SATURDAY & SUNDAY 11-7pm
Space Available: 1.5 x 3’ table with table cloth, sign, and 2 folding chairs (client, reader) for up to 5 readers, on the main floor, with approximately a 25' square space available per reader.
Cost: $75/day
Other: Each main floor participant is asked to offer 1 ticket ($25 value each), to the volunteer pool in thanks for their service. Please note that our volunteers are a very effective form of marketing, often bringing their friends and doing a full circuit of readings.

Private session rooms
Space Available:
Cost: $150 for the day (11-7pm Saturday or 11-7pm Sunday). PLEASE NOTE: FEES ARE FOR THE ENTIRE DAY ONLY. HOURLY RATES ARE NOT PERMITTED, THOUGH PRACTITIONERS ARE WELCOME TO COST-SHARE FOR THE DAY'S FEE.
Other: Each reader is asked to offer 1 ticket ($20 value each) for the weekend to the volunteer pool in thanks for their service and support.
- Talk session room with 2 comfortable consultation chairs, coffee table and natural light - for sessions requiring longer one-on-one readings in a more private setting.
- Private body / energy healing room including sheets, pillows, a treatment table and rolling stool in each - for sessions requiring more privacy, a treatment table.
Cost: $150 for the day (11-7pm Saturday or 11-7pm Sunday). PLEASE NOTE: FEES ARE FOR THE ENTIRE DAY ONLY. HOURLY RATES ARE NOT PERMITTED, THOUGH PRACTITIONERS ARE WELCOME TO COST-SHARE FOR THE DAY'S FEE.

Workshop/Ceremony in our group room
Space Available:
Cost: $40/slot, with time to include 15 min for setup and cleanup.
If N/A that means someone has already booked that time slot.
- Variety of room arrangements possible, with floor cushions, seminar tables and folding chairs at your disposal. Room for up to 10 in a circle with folding chairs / floor cushions. Times available for Saturday and Sunday include:
- 11-12:30pm (N/A),
- 1-2:30pm (N/A)
- 3:00-4:30pm (N/A)
- 5:00-6:30pm (N/A)
Cost: $40/slot, with time to include 15 min for setup and cleanup.
