Held quarterly on weekends between 11am-7pm, Signs and Seers: Mystic Arts Fair will feature readings, services, workshops and ceremonies to bring the mystic arts to the masses. I invite you also to think outside of the box of a traditional fair, and consider taking full advantage of the space options most in alignment with your offerings / the direction you'd like to take your practice (any combination of the following can be arranged):
Main Floor Divination Arts Fair Table
Space Available: 1.5 x 3’ table with table cloth, sign, and 2 folding chairs (client, reader) for up to 5 readers per day on the main floor, with approximately a 25' square space available per reader.
Cost: $75/day, $125/weekend. Readers can choose to book one or both days, although half-days not permitted and all readers are asked to commit to the full shift. Readers booking the full weekend can leave their things set-up overnight on Saturday.
Other: Each main floor participant is asked to offer 1 ticket ($20 value each) per day booked, to the volunteer pool in thanks for their service.

Other: Each reader is asked to offer 1 ticket ($20 value each) for each day's booking to the volunteer pool in thanks for their service and support.
- 1. Talk session room with 2 comfortable consultation chairs, coffee table and natural light - for sessions requiring longer one-on-one readings in a more private setting.

- 2. Private body / energy healing room including sheets, pillows, a treatment table and rolling stool in each - for sessions requiring more privacy, a treatment table.
Cost: $25/hr, or $150 per 8hr day.
Other: Each reader is asked to offer 1 ticket ($20 value each) for each day's booking to the volunteer pool in thanks for their service and support.
Group rooms (Workshop / Ceremony)
Space Available:
Cost: $40/2hr booking, including set-up and cleanup. Booking windows available: 12-2pm, 2:30-4:30pm, and 5-7pm
Other: Each event host will receive a dedicated volunteer to support their event. In exchange we ask that accommodations be made for that volunteer to join the experience.
- Workshop room with a large harvest table at the centre, large bay window, and seating for 6-8 around the table. Ideal for work where a table is required.
- Large open room with 12 floor cushions, 3 chairs for those unable to sit on the floor, lots of natural light, and a treatment table for demonstrations (as needed).
Cost: $40/2hr booking, including set-up and cleanup. Booking windows available: 12-2pm, 2:30-4:30pm, and 5-7pm
Other: Each event host will receive a dedicated volunteer to support their event. In exchange we ask that accommodations be made for that volunteer to join the experience.
